There is black mold, I can use it for my peak of lease?
I am allergic to molds and fungi, which they discovered a few years ago when was an allergy test and such. I'm currently living in an apartment and I have been in this apartment for almost a year. My health has been deteriorating (sick all the time + very tired!) and we discovered that for rapidly growing on the floor (I cleaned the entire apartment for a month) and is in the bathroom walls, around window frames and such … I have one more year on my lease, could use this to break my lease if I were to get a doctor's note that this is causing my health problems … or what management should do to solve the problem? (I keep cleaning, but keeps coming back!) Also, we have one of the apartments renewed United Nations, so that all the windows as they are old and constantly cause condensation. Usually they do not care problems with the rent, but I am terribly allergic to mold, and is getting worse. I have a feeling that is on the walls: (
First, there is no way you're talking about mold. Mold grows when there is no light, the windows are out. You are talking about mold. You need to clean it with chlorine and ventilate the house better. The owner has not violated his contract. No small note from a doctor, who has not even tried the mold in question make no difference.
