If I move if I have mold in my apartment and have one and two years from age newborn?
We moved into our apartment this year in May. We have been asking us to cut the vines and the tree is attached to our bedroom children and the bathroom window. They said they would be completed within two weeks but has not been done yet. We errors and everything else in our house. We were told our apartment would exsterminate once a month and has only been than once since we're here. Now we have orange and black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling above the bathtub. I do not think its healthy for our children. We want to move, but we must break our lease if we do. What should we do?
You should definitely move. You seem to have bad owners. The mold not only toxic to children, but you too. You should contact your legal advice on breaking your lease.
