Moisture, fungi, inside honeycomb brick Built in Turkey?
Ok guys and gals get their white pearls around it. We live in Turkey (Foreigners) and our house is full of moisture during the winter. Nothing in the summer! The house is a concrete structure with brick honeycomb between a then rendered. We have 3 windows in an area of about 35 square feet and a gateway into a small room about 6 feet ajoining this area (living room). We have two bedrooms with windows and a small bathroom with a small window is never closed. Now the problem! Winter lounge gets very wet and appeares black mold in the ceiling fan. Also our bathroom that is ventilated always turns black with the same mold. If you need more information please ask and I visit every day for them. Hope you can help! In First take the old plaster on the inside, until the age honeycomb brick, make sure it is clean and free of dust. Buy some black sealent 'painting' (Bitchimin you can buy this in the UK), painting on the wall is wet sample. Once dry, buy 2×1 wood framing, and secure to the wall, so that you you can screw 'plates' in the frame (try to get aluminum backing plasterboard). Fix plasterboard to wood on the wall, then skim with 'on board finish plaster (plaster of the walls), ventilate. It may be necessary to check remaining walls and floors for any hidden wet. Floors can also be painting with black paint-sealent (bitchimin) or asphalt … (Asphalt preferred) exterior walls can be painted with a silicone sealent (painting without color), this will help further away from moisture penetrating the walls This should cure the moisture!
