How serious is Black Mold for your health?
There is rapid growth of black mold in the bathroom of our rented house (which are tenants) and we contacted the owner several times about it but have not done anything. How serious is this for our health and worth breaking the lease New? I love the house / place, but we have 10 months left on the lease and that is a long time to endure. In addition, hiring a lawyer, is in my budget … I expected a little more detail than "very" … Thank you.
can be very serious. some people develop health problems permant. need to contact your local health department. tell them you are renting and who have contact with the owner who has done nothing and now you need a professional to view. go to the owner if something needs to be done
