VHA rent and mildew in the bathroom EVERYWHERE … What?
I am currently living in a college town by the ocean. There are serious mold in our bathroom walls, behind the toilet in the shower, tile grout, and base boards. I am renting from an owner that does not solve nothing, for rent on collge students who do not care. What worries me as a tenant rights do I have to fight for it? I'm in California and I looked at related laws have with mold, but can not seem to find any. Thanks
Is there an exhaust fan in the bathroom? If so, make sure it works and on each time someone uses the room, especially the shower. If not, can be a code violation and should be denounced.
