I found black mold in my apartment. There was a mold inspector come out and is awaiting the results officers, but verbally told me it was black mold in many places. I have a very sick old man said Dr 9mnth which is related to the mold. What I can do? I'm to move out, but I can share with retention of 900.00 inspector my rent next month? "I can withhold rent until I move? How I can make it correct these problems … Thanks
