black mold is a reason for condemnation of a building?
I live in an apartment, and I have black mold which I think is hurting my lungs. I talked to the lady upstairs and she is having the same problem that I am breathing. I was told to contact the health department and they condemned the apartment. Is this true? I can not afford to move immediately, and the problem is getting worse. the owner will have to help me move?
Call health department immediately, your health is at serious risk. Then, local calls legal aid society and know their rights. Someone must be accountable, but not less to act.
