I have a question about a black spot in my basement.?
I have home in a rural area in Port Austin, Michigan, which was built in 2002 with a basement output. Not three black marks on the basement floor about 2 feet in diameter, that have not changed in size or color since we moved in 2004. No seems to be the mold. We have a dehumidifier in the basement. No floor drains or a sump pump in the basement. I tried to remove with Lysol. Any idea what black areas could be and how to remove them?
Try bleach or Comet cleanser. If the comet is too abrasive try Softscrub. This will not work for wood floors.
