After of his report, I found the house needs a new furnace, new water heater, new roof, attic has no ventilation and attic fan does not work, stains water and black mold large, rusty nails across attic bedroom door broken door, side entry per frame rusted and cracked, all the windows need screens, loose electrical cables, water stains below the tub and toilet slow to drain, kitchen serious header uneven mold area in the basement, plumbing Still sloppy, never permitted the city were obtained for any work he did, the man poured the exterior is very rotten, insulation needed in areas, No GFCI outlets … did I miss something? I am very very stressed. What I can do now? I want out. The guy wants to just give me $ 2,500. That's nothing compared to what needs to be done. Laywers not helping too much. Anyone have suggestions! Just do not close the deal if you do not feel comfortable with it.
