ED and Peasants: The connection of the mold
Because erectile dysfunction is a subject so taboo to men, I decided that this article should be written to get the information out there so more men, particularly farmers, can be avoided.
My husband, David, was a dairy farmer since his youth. In an incident in the fall of 1991, however, was exposed to black mold maize silage corn in a silo. There had been using a mask and inhaled or ingested a large amount of it. Increased cough and delirious silo. This began his journey of degenerative health and bumpy road in our relationship.
Over the years a number of farmer's lung diagnosis, severe sleep apnea, arthritis and hypertension, David also finished with erectile dysfunction. These conditions also started the revolving door to medical facilities for tests, treatments and prognosis. The outcome was the same for all of them. You can not cure. You just have to live with it and we will try to control symptoms.
Well, one of the I started researching things to try to get answers that satisfy us was the connection between the mold and erectile dysfunction.
When you do a search Internet of the causes of erectile dysfunction, I thought a series of physical and psychological causes, including:
* Heart Disease
* Obstruction of blood vessels (atherosclerosis)
* High blood pressure
* Diabetes
* Obesity
* The metabolic syndrome
* Some prescription drugs
* The use of snuff
* Alcohol and other drug abuse
* The treatments for prostate cancer
* Parkinson's Disease
* Multiple Sclerosis
* Hormonal disorders such as low testosterone (hypogonadism)
Peyronie's Disease *
* The surgeries or injuries that affect the pelvic area or spinal cord
* Depression
* Anxiety
* Stress
Fatigue
* Lack of communication or conflict with your partner
But nothing about the mold. I began to mold specifically maize research and its effect on humans. There is little information on that topic. But the livestock industry has a lot of information about derivatives of mold, mycotoxins effect animals.
One of mycotoxins (from the Greek (mykes, Mukosa) "mushroom" and Latin (toxic) "poison") is a toxic secondary metabolite produced by a body fungi kingdom, including fungi, molds and yeasts.
Some of the health effects in animals and humans include death, illness or health problems identifiable, a weakened immune system, without specificity to a toxin, and as allergens or irritants. Some mycotoxins are harmful to other organisms such as other fungi or even bacteria, penicillin is an example. (1)
In my search I found a mold called mycotoxin zearalenone.
Zearalenone has been shown to occur in almost all agricultural products and a variety of food grade grains and foods have been found to contain OTA including corn and corn products, breakfast cereals, beer, corn, wheat flour, bread and nuts, and animal feed products. The presence of zearalenone in whole plants and parts of corn used for silage has been studied in Germany during 1989-1990 and zearalenone was detected in concentrations of 300 mg / kg mainly accumulating at the bottom of maturation process, with subsequent contamination of silage. (2)
Zearalenone is an estrogenic mycotoxin. Studies in various species (rodents, rabbits, pigs, monkeys) including man have shown that zearalenone has estrogenic and anabolic activity. Its main effects are in play, including reproductive organs and their function, which hyperestrogenism. (3)
As you can guess, men with estrogen excess or hyperestrogenism start showing feminine features. They have low testosterone and symptoms such as loss swollen or sore breasts, body and pubic hair reduction in testes, heightloss, decreased sexual desire, infertility, bone thinning, a decrease in spontaneous erections, mass reduced muscle and strength, hot flashes and sweating. There may also be lack of motivation, lower self-confidence and self esteem, decreased energy, memory problems and poor concentration.
David was treated with testosterone replacement therapy in vain because treatment was not addressing the cause. Treatments for all its conditions are not addressing the cause, the mold and mycotoxins in your system.
Still praying, still looking, the Lord led me to find a book by Doug Kaufmann called "The Fungus Link" in 2002. I strongly suspect fungus or mold that is the cause, but medical professionals do not take into account.
After following the protocol of use of antifungal drugs in "The Fungus Link" symptoms (ED) are gone. Now, all the symptoms of mold incident of corn are gone!
Was it worth the effort? Of course! David is on any medication or treatment and does not have any symptoms above.

If you suspected fungus, mold and mildew can be the cause of his (ED) or any other symptoms you may have to check out books by Doug Kaufmann found here:
