What should I do if the black mold in our apartment is making my partner sick.?
Our ceiling fan bathroom is starting to grow a mold that is black mold verysimiliar. The bathroom is very little ventilation and I'm pretty sure they used the wrong type of gypsum panels avoid this type of occurrence. Three of my companions have fallen ill with symptoms that are consistent with exposure to black mold. What are my first steps in any complaint or claim in this regard? No windows to open. was not caused by having a dirty toilet. is the ceiling fan that is not somewhere normally normal cleaning, and if black mold there is no way on earth should I touch it. wrong type of drywall used in the ceiling fan.
Notify the owner to black mold and request removal. If no action by the owner, file a complaint in court for their removal to what is considered dangerous health so that the court shall order the owner to remove the black mold.
