The black mold, I breatk my contract! Help !!!!?
Went to live on 1 April 2008. There is black mold coming out of a vent in my apartment. I know black mold can be very unhealthy and can cause serious health problems. Does anyone know if this aa valid reason to break a lease? My air leak is not metal. Its little difficult to explain. More like a insalation material. There are black spots throughout the control area of the vent out the side and some on the wall and …. When you turn it you can really smell. So if your pan is not black, and I havent used my heater, but what else would be pure black? Send I have no idea ….
You need proven. I do not think is actually mold, but mold. Black mold growing on treated wood or painted, and most vents are metal.
