Modeling clay can be safe as a tank ornament, if a suitable sealant is used?
The air-dried clay (brand name: more) and I used a water-resistant acrylic paint (Liquitex basics). Is there a nontoxic sealant that could be in the mold? (Fish tank water dulce)
Modeling a clay ornament would be safe if less than 100% sure that it will not release any chemicals in your tank. And most of sealants are generally toxic, unless you can find rubber sealants, which I have encountered before. However, all depends on how big the space are trying to seal. If your small or online (such as a crack), you can simply use a glue gun or something. If it is big, I do not quite what say.
