Is this toxic black mold!?
I just moved into my apartment 3 days, and when I turned off the air conditioner, I heard a symbol noise and if the water is filtered. I made a mental note and went into the guest room to set the bed. Then I noticed something black protruding through the carpet. It is black mold! When I opened the oven cabinet, and looked back, there was mold everywhere! Mold is serious, and really just want a new apartment. Any legal notice pointers ….. etc?
Call the better business bureau and I look nothing somewehere immediately! lease vacuum must be ur b / c of this problem and should give u ur pay back! I also would contact a lawyer for legal advice particularly when the ne ur sick-house I would not stay there, take lots of pictures, if u have to stay at a hotel to find another place or I would and I think that the current owners should pay apt for that cost but ultimately consult with someone before hand to make sure u do everything leagally!
