No one wants mold in your home, office or school. At least, the mold is smelly and unpleasant. Although not all molds are hazardous to human health, it is usually best to remove any mold growth to let it grow and spread. Mold comes in many different colors: black, orange, brown, red, blue, pink, white and green. The mold smell is musty or earth.
Mold usually grows best in damp or wet from many different sources, including but not limited to, a moist environment, flooding, leaking pipes, sewer backup, leaky windows or doors, washing machine overflow, wet basement, faulty heating / ventilation / air conditioning (HVAC), and carpets wet. If mold is visible on a surface, a larger contamination may be hidden from view, for example, behind walls or drywall, under carpets, or above ceiling tiles.
Since certain molds, especially toxic fungi or toxigenic mold, can cause disease in some people, the elimination permanent – also called decontamination, recovery, and reduction – of toxic mold is essential as mold can grow again. Therefore, it is extremely important that any and all products have been contaminated by toxic mold is removed and disposed.

Unfortunately, absorbent or porous materials like ceiling tiles, drywall, and carpet that has to be discarded if moldy because the mold material can be removed. Moreover, a professional who has experience in cleaning mold in buildings and houses can be rented. Be sure to check licensing, certification and / or experience and training before hiring a professional mold. It is important to clean and dry mold infected area as an allergic reaction can occur from parts of the fungus.
And remember that fungal contamination can reoccur if there is still a source of moisture, therefore, not to maintain moisture levels in a home / office / etc., repair water damage sources and bathroom exhaust and kitchens.
