what is the law of New York against the mold for the tenants?
My apartment has black mold tile shower, new tiles are laid. However, a fungus grew in the posterior wall of the shower. Now the owner said it was not toxic, but did not see the fungus. So, does anyone know the law of New York against mold and fungi living standards??
