Help! Is this Toxic Black Mold??
I just moved into my apartment 3 days, and when I turned off the air conditioner, I heard a noise like leaking water splashes. I made a mental note, and went into the guest room to set up the bed. Then I realized something that stands out to black through the carpet. It is black mold! When I opened the oven cabinet, and looked back, there was mold everywhere! Mold is serious, and really just want a new apartment. Any legal notice pointers ….. etc?
necessarily.we not in an apartment that had once looked similar.turned not type very bad but still bad for your breasts / tract.if respiratory apartment owners do not get help to say, a week call.OSHA (see line up in office.) or call local health section dept.we we did, and the next day, the men of "biohazard" suits came and tested the mold.we were given another addition to living in while testing / removal was completed.even Tho cast was not the most favorable range, OSHA made the manager b4 clean apart, came back, too, all apartments are inspected then and the governors mansion cleaned.the (Raleigh, NC) were toxic 2 years ago, the government. and his family had to evacuate.
